Joining the Group
The Group has implemented a complete integration process to help new arrivals take in the Group's dynamic as quickly as possible. Defined by the HR Manager and the line manager,
It includes a welcome seminar where employees can learn about the Group's strategy and culture and begin building a network with values and behavior shared around the world, with teamwork as the focal point.
To help you succeed in your first days at Groupe SEB, we make sure that you also have a maximum amount of information in the form of documentation: your new unit's welcome booklet, Group presentations and the annual report.
After the integration process, all new managers produce a discovery report and assess the efficiency of the process, an essential stage in continuous improvement.
