Diversity : an everyday reality
A global leader in small home appliances, Groupe SEB is firmly established in 60 countries, and a vast majority of its employees work outside of France. Common values and a shared management culture are essential to ensure that this diversity plays a part in the Group's development.
Non-discrimination and diversity in employment, salary, and access to positions of responsibility are fundamental to the Group's HR policy. Although the percentage of women in management may have been low 10 years ago (20%), it has risen by more than 50%, reaching 36% in 2013. Proportionally, Groupe SEB has recruited more women than men for managerial positions over the last 10 years.
