Our work is as diverse as our products. And we need to think strategically about all of it – whether that’s background analysis encompassing competitors, distribution and market trends; prioritising goals and motivating teams around them; or launching plans that include media, PR and events. What’s more, every product has its own personality and its own challenges. So nothing is routine. We monitor our direct and indirect sales very closely too so we can deliver key information to the different teams we work with and often play a coordinating role for. We also prepare distributor presentations on the products themselves and experience the reality of the field every day. You need to be a good communicator, know how to adapt to changes and, in today’s digital world, be e-talented!
Making a product successful is an exciting journey – and one that’s great fun to share. One of the brilliant things we have here is team spirit. And the freedom we have to make decisions helps us to move forward fast.
