Legal experts share their know-how on a wide range of projects: from setting up contracts and brand trademarks to promotional marketing and much more.

Whatever they do, every one of our employees makes a difference. To help make their contribution even more valuable, our Human Resources teams work hard to improve performance without ever losing sight of our values and our personal touch.

Support Functions
International Auditor for all the entities of Groupe SEB

In this new position, I am making good use of my experience in supply chains and managing SAP projects while also developing cross-disciplinary skills. I visit all the entities of the group throughout the world to evaluate the level of risk control (financial, regulatory, organizational, etc.) inherent to their activity and, together with them, identify possible ways to improve in terms of both adherence to procedures as well as control of processes, tools, etc.

Above all, I have to understand the reality of the operations of each entity and be a good listener! At the end of an audit, we draft a summary report and recommendations. An analytical mind and a zest for diplomacy are therefore essential to rally the managers around the action plans to be implemented. What motivates me the most is the end-purpose of our work – the satisfaction of our clients.

My advice: be curious and challenge yourself! I’m now in my third position with the Group and I’m not planning to stop there…
