Diversity : an everyday reality
A global leader in small domestic equipment, Groupe SEB is firmly established in 60 countries and a large majority of its employees work outside France. Shared values and management culture are essential to ensure that this diversity plays an important role in the Group's development.
Non-discrimination and diversity in employment, salary and access to positions of responsibility are fundamental elements of the Group's HR policy. The percentage of women in management may have been low 10 years ago (20%) but it has risen 50% to reach 36% in 2013. Proportionally, the SEB Group has recruited more women than men to managerial positions over the last 10 years.
