Committed to develop the skills of its staff, Groupe SEB wants every employee to take the lead of its own career, to be able to develop as much as possible within the Group, within a variety of markets, product families, roles and locations.
To help you in your development, the SEB Group University offers high-level training courses every year. They cover, for example, managing a multi-cultural environment, the Group's strategic challenges, or reinforcement of skills in different businesses (marketing, finance, logistics, etc.).
More generally, Groupe SEB likes to offer its employees genuine levers to help develop their skills and expertise. In 2012, the Group invested the equivalent of 2.75% of its payroll in training. And over 60% of its employees (excluding SUPOR) have been on at least one training course.
