Joining the Group
The Group has implemented a complete integration process to help new arrivals assimilate the Group's dynamic as quickly as possible. Defined by the HR Manager and the line manager,
It includes a welcome seminar where employees can appropriate the Group's strategy and culture and begin building a network with values and behaviour shared the world over, with teamwork as the focal point.
To help you find your feet at Groupe SEB , we make sure you also have a maximum amount of information in the form of documentation: your new unit's welcome booklet, Group presentations and the annual report.
After the integration process, all new managers produce a discovery report and assess the efficiency of the process, an essential stage in continuous improvement.
